This was actually accidentally left out of my shipment but the customer service was so quick! They immediately jumped on the issue and sent me the needles as soon as I let them know. They're of good quality and I like how they sit in my grip. Another note, the didn't have to but they sent me a complimentary roving with my first package and this second package. I appreciate it!
